Check out this door insert! It combines that classic art deco geometric design with wonderful cool colors with a pop of yellow. Plus a lovely texture for the clear glass giving this sidelight privacy with it’s beauty. It looks great as the light hits it (and makes some wonderful patterns on the floor too we bet!)

This is a lead and bevel design for the sliding windows over the tub in a bathroom. The frosty looking background texture (Gluechip) keeps things private while still allowing the outside light to come in and illuminate the art. This is a custom design for a client with clean lines and a wonderful bevel cluster in the center of the windows. They can still be opened as well, making art even more functional. Many homes feature door inserts in their front doors, and some have side lites as well, or sometimes it is just a side lite or two. These are great places for stained glass overlay or stained glass. These types of art glass can be created with many different colors, textures, or bevels. Transoms are high up windows - most often above doors or other windows. In general, these are stationary windows that provide light into the home. They are also a fantastic place for stained glass overlay and when the light shines through them, you can see the amazing colors and textures reflected inside the home. Art glass overlay windows are a popular use for art glass and one of our favorite ways to combine form and function. We can create art glass overlay for windows that are stationary or sliding. These units are double glazed or triple glazed, with the art safe on the inside. This way there is a tempered piece of clear glass in front of the art for a dual glaze, or one on each side for a triple glaze.
Plus, our art glass is created on tempered glass for improved strength over annealed glass. We love being safe and creative in how we do our art!
