Under the Sea (Over the Tub) Window

This ocean design focuses on plants and shells we may find under the water! The design spans all three windows, giving the viewer a feel for being under the sea. Pair it with a soak in the tub for a relaxing experience! The kelp frames the outside edge of the piece, iridescent bubbles float towards the surface, shells rest on the sand, all while swooping shapes make up the blue water.

We love creating art glass for windows because it gives our clients the ideal view they have been looking for. This piece blocks the view of a wall and neighbors, providing more privacy with soothing colors. If not everything needs to blocked, we can leave clear or less obscure areas in design for peeking out or keeping your beautiful yard in view.

Art Glass Peek a boo Owl!

This is a smaller piece we did with a cute owl peeking in from the corner of the image. The green foliage is getting a lot of its texture from the unique coloring that comes out when the green color was created. You can see also see this in the swooping lines in the gray part of the owl; because of this, no two pieces will be exactly alike. We even added black glass globs as the eyes which added more dimension to the piece. This is one of many animal pieces we have done, and as always, it was a lot of fun to create! To go from lines on a page to lead lines and glass is rewarding and we love flexing our creative muscles.

Before and After Art Glass Crane Window Project

Before, this high window had a view of some power lines and a slice of the California sky. We have replace worse views, but this one called for a custom piece to enjoy and the lighting was perfect for stained glass! Inspired by the beautiful cranes that visit the area, our clients worked with our designers to create this window. Here, two cranes enjoy the water with the beach and setting sun in the background. The swooping lead lines and flowing color enhance the water and give it a feeling of movement.

We work hard to create wonderful glass art that our clients can love for generations!

Designer Art Glass Entryways

Entryways welcome you and guests into your home; make them feel welcomed (and impressed) by custom art glass!

The before and after below shows a door with two sidelites and a transom window above. The design was created to compliment each other and provide some privacy by using a texture that obscures the view inside and out. This is a custom lead and bevel design with a traditional flair. This colorless stained glass means you are not tied to a color to match, and if the place will be sold, then the curb appeal is intact by having this type of bevel design. It is also great for picky HOA’s!

Our designs are custom which means they are unique to our clients! Designers work with clients to get a feel for what they are looking based on pictures of work they already like, inspirational photos, design elements in the home or office, and what creative ideas are in the clients mind. We know the questions to ask to help pick your brain and get your ideal design! Plus, as much privacy as you need.

There will also be at least two pieces of glass which will provide a little more insulation from the weather and the noise.

Projects: Sandblast Clock Door

Sandblasting is a great way to create art glass. Our designers create custom designs on a transfer. This blocks out where we do not want the glass to be sandblasted. Once removed, the etched negative space is left revealing the lovely design. It can be used for windows, shower doors, tabletops, mirrors, and more. Below, a classic design was etched for the front of a clock, leaving a round clear area to view the clock face.

Want whale design instead? A windmill? We’re not picky, we would love to have a unicorn dancing with a dinosaur on a mirror! We can create your dream design and sandblast onto your art glass. Fantastic for logos and family crests too!
